four book talk podcasts you need in your life

FOUR BOOKISH PODCASTS YOU NEED IN YOUR LIFE

These are four of the book talk podcasts that I love to listen to. So, if you are looking for more bookish content - THIS IS FOR YOU!

The Stacks hosted by Traci Thomas

  • weekly episodes

  • Interview style with others in the book space including authors, bloggers, and more

  • I look forward to this podcast every week! This is the most serious of the book podcasts I listen to while still being wildly entertaining. Traci covers important topics while discussing books and the book community.

The Readheads hosted by Jackie Oshry with Dana, Margo, and Rebecca

  • monthly episodes

  • Book club style with four cohosts sharing opinions on the book choice of the month

  • The four members of The Readheads have very different tastes in books, and that is what makes the book club fun! They rotate picks monthly and there is almost always a little lighthearted disagreement. They also do a little rapid-fire-recap at the end of the episode of the other books they have read throughout the month.

Get Lit with Lianna hosted by Lianna Cohen

  • random episode drops (about one a week)

  • Interview style with authors, mostly in the romance genre

  • Lianna is the bookstagram queen! She is so lively and has the most fun interviews with authors in the romance space. Her episodes are so genuine and feel like if you got to fan-girl and have conversations with all your favorite authors.

Pish posh pages hosted by Lindsey Wilson

  • random episode drops (1-2 times a week)

  • Review style recapping the book, sharing other reviews, and giving opinions

  • Lindsey (that’s me!) gives reviews of books as she reads them. The best part of this pod is probably when Lindsey reads a one start and a five star review from others. This podcast is great for when you finish a book and want to hear the thoughts of someone else OR when you are looking for new books for your TBR!
